RETURNS

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract.

The necessary condition for accepting the return is:

The cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal from the contract shall be borne by the Buyer.
We do not accept parcels on delivery.

The customer has the right to exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. The condition for exchange is:
